Shipping & Delivery
We are able to ship most products out within one business day, except for some larger items which may require two days. These items are marked as such on the website. Our distribution facility is located in the Midwest, so shipments going to the West Coast and East Coast can take 3-5 days for standard delivery. We also can offer second day air and next day air for most products, excluding some larger items and large orders. For smaller orders or orders going to a PO Box, we can offer USPS for a discounted price but tracking may not be available when selecting this method. Tracking numbers will be provided to the email address on the order within one business day of shipping.
Privacy & Security
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
Returns & Replacements does not accept changes to or cancellation of orders once they are placed.
Your order can be placed via the internet, our chat function when available. Orders can be placed at your convenience online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We value your security and all modes of processing your order use the latest and most secure methods of protecting your information.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We strive to offer the most competitive prices on the internet. Bear with us though, we are human! We reserve the right to cancel any order or adjust the pricing on any product if we find it to be incorrect. We occasionally run promotions on our site that have a different price than what we typically sell for. If you missed a sale, don't worry, give us a holler and we'll see what we can do.

Why don't you have a phone number?

Where is my order?

Orders are typically filled within 1-2 business days. We will email out a tracking number within one business day of the shipment. If you did not receive an email and it has been over 2 business days, please check your spam folder. If you still do not see it, please login into your account or contact us at the bottom of this page.
